Job Summary

Manica Group Namibia (Pty) Ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced professional for a full-time Clearing and Forwarding Coordinator position located in Walvis Bay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Specific focus on customs clearance, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities.

Requirements

  • NQF Level Four (4) Qualification (NSSCAS).
  • NQF Level Six (6) Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field would be an advantage.
  • Certification from industry bodies such as FIATA, WCO, or local customs training programmes would be an added advantage.
  • 3 years’ experience in logistics, with specific focus on customs clearance, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with shipping lines, airlines, and customs authorities.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Microsoft Office, Asycuda World, EDI workflow.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of international trade agreements/laws, import/export procedures, and customs documentation.
