We are seeking a Counter Salesperson to join our team. This position involves direct interaction with customers, addressing their inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotes, and often providing recommendations for the best available alternatives to meet customer needs. The role requires a professional and customer-focused approach, ensuring a positive experience for clients in a dynamic retail environment.

Missions

• Engage with customers in person to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist customers by answering their questions regarding products, services, and pricing.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correctly recorded.
• Prepare and present quotes, offering suitable alternatives to meet customer preferences and budgets.
• Make informed recommendations about products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.

Required Profile

This candidate position requires an experienced professional capable of managing technical responsibilities related to piping, valves and flanges and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Profile

• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in piping industry, including pipes, valves, and related fittings.
• Relevant product knowledge specific to the industry sector mentioned above.
• Proficiency in handling technical specifications and industry standards.
• Experience working with industry-specific equipment and components.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technical requirements and standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong technical expertise in piping fluid systems
• In-depth knowledge of pipes, valves, and fittings.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Driver License
