GENESIS LOGISTICS is looking for experienced and reliable Cross Border Drivers to join our team. We need go-getter drivers who take pride in their work, drive safely, are willing to push kilometres and represent our company with professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport customer goods safely and efficiently across borders.
  • Ensure all border and transport documentation is completed accurately.
  • Follow planned routes and meet delivery schedules.
  • Inspect and take care of the vehicle (basic checks, report defects).
  • Ensure loads are properly secured and delivered in good condition.
  • Communicate with Operations and provide regular trip updates.
  • Represent GENESIS professionally at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ Cross Border driving experience.
  • Valid Code 14, CE driver’s license for trucks.
  • Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
  • Valid Dangerous Goods (Hazchem) certificate.
  • Valid Passport (Namibian citizen).
  • Clear criminal record (police clearance).
  • Good knowledge of cross-border routes and destinations (Namibia, South Africa, Botswana and beyond).
  • Sober habits and a strong safety record.
  • Reliable, hardworking and a go-getter attitude.

Salary

Basic Salary, CPK (per kilogram), Performance Bonuses (Fuel efficiency and kilometre targets)
