Salary: Salary Scale, Gr 11 (N$ 139 636 – N$ 167 481), Plus Housing Allowance (N$13 944 per annum), Transport Allowance (N$10 512 per annum), Remote Allowance (N$13 800 per annum), Medical Aid, Pension and 13th Cheque.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide safe and effective emergency care to patients;
  • To assess, stabilise and manage patients in accordance with emergency care protocols;
  • To respond appropriately to emergency and critical care situations;
  • To uphold professional and ethical standards of emergency care;
  • To create a conducive atmosphere for patients, relatives and colleagues;

Requirements

  • Grade 10,11 or 12;
  • ECP Basic certificate from a recognised institution;
  • Registered with the HPCN as an Emergency Care Practitioner;
  • Proof of HPCN maintenance card for 2026/2027
  • Valid code B driving licence with GP
  • Preference will be given to Namibian citizens;
  • Open and friendly attitude, well-developed interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards delivering quality patient care.
