Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and coordinate scaffold crews
– Brief teams on work packs, drawings and permits
– Conduct toolbox talks and risk assessments
– Monitor erection, alteration and dismantling
– Check access, bracing, platforms and edge protection
– Coordinate inspections and scaffold tagging
– Report progress, delays, defects and material needs
– Stop unsafe work and maintain site safety

Requirements:
– Advanced Scaffolder/Foreman Qualification
– 5+ years’ scaffolding experience
– 2+ years leading scaffold crews
– Industrial, mining or oil & gas experience
– Working-at-Heights & Fall-Protection
– Risk assessment & toolbox-talk experience
– Strong leadership & safety awareness
