Uis Tin Mining Company Pty Ltd an equal opportunity employer, situated in the Erongo region, hereby invites competent & suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Gardener. This position reports to the Executive Assistant. Key responsibilities: Maintain gardens, lawns, trees, flower beds, and landscaped areas around company houses. Mow lawns, trim hedges, prune plants, remove weeds, and keep outdoor areas neat. Maintain walkways, driveways, patios, and outdoor entertainment areas. Clean and vacuum swimming pools regularly. Inspect and report faults with pool pumps, filters, and other equipment. Keep external walls, window frames, door frames, patios, entrances, and other exterior surfaces clean and presentable. Collect and remove refuse from designated company houses and outdoor areas on a weekly basis, according to the established schedule. Ensure refuse bins are emptied, cleaned when necessary, and returned to their designated areas. Keep refuse collection points clean, hygienic, and free from litter. Report overflowing bins or any waste disposal issues to the supervisor. Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental procedures. Key requirements: Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, swimming pool maintenance, or general property maintenance. Basic knowledge of swimming pool cleaning, filtration systems, and chemical treatment. Ability to operate gardening equipment safely. Basic knowledge of cleaning exterior walls and windows. Physically fit and willing to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Reliable, self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
