Key Responsibilities

• Operate motor grader safely and efficiently within mining, earthmoving, or construction environments.
• Perform road maintenance, levelling, grading, and site preparation tasks.
• Conduct equipment inspections and adhere to safe operating procedures.
• Identify and report mechanical faults promptly.
• Follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Work flexible shifts and adapt to demanding site conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ relevant experience operating a motor grader.
• Proven ability to perform road maintenance, levelling, grading, and site preparation.
• Relevant grader operating certificate or proof of competency.
• Knowledge of equipment inspections and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to identify and report mechanical faults.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work shifts and in a demanding site environment.
• Valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage.
• Police clearance certificate not older than six months.
• Preference will be given to Namibian citizens.
