Job Summary
A vocational training centre in Katima Mulilo is looking for interested personnel to occupy the vacancy of Head of Training and Assessment Coordinator and therefore invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the training and assessment processes at the vocational training centre.
- Ensure alignment of training programs with industry standards and requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective training strategies.
- Supervise and mentor training staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality assurance standards.
Requirements
- A relevant recognized degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Education, Training Management or a related field.
- A relevant postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in vocational education and training.
- Practical experience in assessment coordination, moderation and verification.
