Key Responsibilities

Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for pilots, engineers, and ground staff in compliance with NCAA regulations. Schedule training sessions, audit training records, manage instructor performance, and liaise with the NCAA on approvals and inspections.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Pilot Licence or Airline Transport Pilot Licence.
• Valid Grade I or Grade II Flight Instructor Rating.
• At least 1,500 hours total flying experience, including a minimum of 1,000 hours of flight instruction.
• Designated Examiner status will be an added advantage.
