Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all KVI lines are at best deal costs constantly.
• Ensure that the branches remain competitive at all times.
• Competitor price tracking and stock movement.
• Negotiate deals.
• Build, monitor and evaluate promotions.
• Check that promotional lines are in stock at the start of all promotions and during promotions.
• Ensure claim queries received from suppliers are verified and authorised.
• List and de-list products.
• Assist stores with supplier issues.
• Report on categories, sales growth and GP.
• Maintain and enhance relationships with suppliers.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or Equivalent.
• A Tertiary Qualification will be to your advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience is essential.
• A Team player, with excellent Communication Skills.
• Attention to Detail.
• Mathematical and Financial Management skills.
• Must be energetic and able to cope with the long hours.
• Negotiating skills.
• Computer literate.
• Analytical skills.
• Valid Drivers license.
• Namibian Citizen.
