Overview
Aztech Electrical & Construction Services is a 100% Namibian-owned company operating in the electrical and Construction sectors.
We are seeking a young, energetic, and dynamic individual who is eager to grow with the company and contribute to a positive office culture. The ideal candidate should be flexible and adaptable, able to take initiative, and committed to ensuring that daily workflows are well-organised and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage day-to-day office tasks including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping.
- Project & Document Control: Assist in preparing reports, issuing purchase orders, tracking documentation, and maintaining accurate project records.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as the communication link between office, suppliers, and project teams, ensuring timely information flow.
- Procurement Assistance: Support materials ordering, follow-ups, delivery scheduling, and supplier coordination.
- Finance & HR Admin Support: Basic Accounting skills: Assist with timesheets, expense forms, reconciliation, and employee documentation.
- Customer & Stakeholder Interaction: Attend to incoming calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Office Maintenance Oversight: Ensure the office environment is clean, functional at all times.
Skills & Attributes Required
- Strong organizational and admin skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook MS Projects).
- Professional and friendly demeanour.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 certificate (Essential).
- Office administration qualification (Advantageous).
- Minimum 1–3 years administration experience.
- Experience in the construction/electrical industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of procurement or document control is beneficial.
Additional Requirements
- Namibian citizen
- Business English proficiency.
- Valid Code B Driver’s License is a must (Non-Negotiable).
- Willingness to work occasional overtime to support project needs.
- Working hours: 07h30 – 17h00 (flexible for school runs when needed).
