Requirements

  • Master’s degree + 2 years’ relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s degree + 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Experience in education, TVET, innovation or social development is an advantage.
  • Strong skills in partnerships, advocacy, communications, programme management and stakeholder engagement.
  • The official African Union CV template is MANDATORY.
  • NAMIBIA IS AMONG THE LEAST REPRESENTED COUNTRIES WITHIN THE AFRICAN UNION. Qualified Namibian candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Salary

Annual lump-sum of US$85,212.07 inclusive of allowances
