Job Summary
OI 24hr Childcare Windhoek is seeking two passionate and dedicated Preschool and Kindergarten teachers preferably someone who lives near the area of Khomasdal Ext 11.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to enhance learner’s understanding of early childhood development programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and growth.
- Assess learners progress and provide feedback to support their academics development.
- Do other work at the center as instructed for example; feeding, potty training and facilitate outdoor activities.
Requirements
- A diploma in Early childhood development.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience or above.
- Strong commitment and work ethics.
- Passionate about children and aspire to nurturing young minds.
- Good command in English.
- Must be able to work long hours/ shifts and if needed in weekends.
