Reporting to the Project Director, you will: * Establish and lead the integrated Project controls framework, including WBS/CBS, procedures and reporting. * Oversee the master schedule, cost control, EAC and cash-flow forecasting, progress measurement, change and risk management. * Lead weekly and monthly controls reporting and review contractor schedules, cost reports and forecasts.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead the integrated Project controls framework, including WBS/CBS, procedures and reporting.
Oversee the master schedule, cost control, EAC and cash-flow forecasting, progress measurement, change and risk management.
Lead weekly and monthly controls reporting and review contractor schedules, cost reports and forecasts.

Requirements

Qualification in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction/Project Management, Finance, Cost Engineering or Planning.
Minimum 15 years’ project controls experience, including a senior leadership role in an Owner’s Team, EPC or EPCM environment.
Strong knowledge of Earned Value, critical path analysis, forecasting and contingency management.
Advanced Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel; Power BI advantageous.
