Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall project and contract delivery
  • Control budgets, labour and resources
  • Lead client, HSE and progress meetings
  • Manage workforce planning and subcontractors
  • Ensure safe and compliant scaffold operations
  • Manage risks, incidents and corrective actions
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Drive training and localisation

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Project or Construction Management
  • 10+ years’ industrial scaffolding/access experience
  • 5+ years managing large scaffolding contracts
  • Mining, Oil & Gas or Industrial experience
  • HSE & Working-at-Heights awareness
  • Strong leadership & commercial skills
  • Valid Code B Driver’s Licence
