Job Summary

This role is suited to a commercially disciplined Quantity Surveyor with strong measurement and cost control capability, able to manage valuations, variations, and commercial reporting to protect project performance and ensure accurate financial governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, BTech or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• 3-5 years’ relevant construction-industry experience
• Sound knowledge of measurement, cost control and contract administration
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant quantity-surveying software CCS candy
• Professional registration, or progress towards registration, will be advantageous
• A valid driver’s licence
• Namibian / Local candidates will be given preference
