Job Summary

Paratus Telecommunications currently has a vacancy for a RADWIN Maintenance Technician based in Windhoek. The ideal candidate will configure network parameters including IP addressing, VLAN and routing protocols, use diagnostic tools to monitor signal quality, throughput, and latency. The candidate will also provide technical support to the technician and call centre, as well as liaise with clients to ensure quality of work and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure network parameters including IP addressing, VLAN, and routing protocols.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year installation experience in broadband.
  • Certification or training is a strong advantage.
  • Grade 12.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Police Clearance.
