Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, banking, finance, economics, accounting, business management, engineering, energy studies or a related field, or an equivalent qualification
- A postgraduate qualification in corporate finance, financial analysis, business management, project finance, energy studies or a related commercial discipline, including an MBA, CFA or a recognised credit qualification, will be an added advantage.
- Relevant industry certifications and/or practical training in Oil & Gas, ESG, HSSE, Trade Finance, Structured Finance, Treasury, or Project Finance will be advantageous.
- A minimum of 8+ years’ banking experience, of which at least 5 years should be in corporate banking, institutional banking, investment banking, relationship management, structured finance, trade finance, project finance, mining, energy, infrastructure or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Namibia’s Oil & Gas developments, local-content priorities, regulatory environment, strategic industry stakeholders and broader energy value chain will be advantageous.
