To manage allocation and quality of work in area of responsibility and assist with Ongoing Credit/Risk Management and administration to control exposure, while improving business performance through focusing on pre-legal activities and reduction of the debtor’s book

Are you someone who can:
– Is experienced in Pre-Legal Collections business processes and operational requirements
– Superior commitment to excellent customer service
– Facilitates and leads optimal communication structure/processes between internal and external stakeholders as a means of driving performance
– Has receivable and credit management experience particularly in an Early Collections environment
– Leads and partakes in change management efforts for his/her team and the whole department
– Lead a high-performance team of Collectors to take ownership and accountability of the Pre-Legal collections process, with specific focus on Special Arrangements and Debt Assistance to rehabilitate clients

Key Responsibilities

– Is experienced in Pre-Legal Collections business processes and operational requirements

Requirements

– Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Law or another Business-related field
– Have over 3 years’ experience in Credit and Collections, with a strong understanding of debt recovery processes and relevant regulations within a banking environment
– Shows leadership qualities and emotional intelligence
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Excellent verbal and communication skills
