Job Description

SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER (2 VACANCIES AVAILABLE)
Process Plant & Non-Process Infrastructure
Reporting to the Project Manager (Project Site / Project Office)

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide Owner’s technical oversight of all civil designs, specifications and tender documents.
– Monitor civil construction, including bulk earthworks, concrete and foundations, and contractor performance.
– Review quality plans, ITPs and test results, and verify civil defect close-out at handover.

Requirements:
– Degree in Civil Engineering; professional registration or eligibility (Namibian registration advantageous).
– Minimum 15 years’ civil engineering experience, including senior-level experience in an Owner’s Team, EPC, EPCM or consultancy environment.
– Strong practical experience in earthworks, concrete, foundations, roads, drainage and water management.
– Sound knowledge of civil codes, QA/QC, constructability and contract administration.
