Job Summary
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide Owner’s technical oversight of structural, mechanical, piping and platework design and fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Owner’s technical oversight of structural, mechanical, piping and platework design and fabrication.
- Review fabrication, erection and installation methodologies, welding procedures and NDT.
- Monitor SMPP construction and lead mechanical completion and punch-list walkdowns.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering; Professional Engineer registration or eligibility preferred.
- Minimum 15 years’ SMPP engineering and project experience.
- Strong practical experience with process plant structural steel, mechanical installation, piping and platework.
- Strong knowledge of welding, NDT, fabrication tolerances and applicable international codes.
