  • Run daily operations, openings & closings to Galito’s SOPs
  • Manage stock, purchasing & orders
  • Lead the team: rosters, recruitment, training & HR
  • Deliver top guest service & resolve queries and complaints
  • Drive profit & hit GP% targets

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years’ QSR experience
  • Experience managing a team of 15-20
  • GAAP knowledge & experience
  • Confident in MS Word & Excel
  • Strong leadership, organisation & problem-solving
  • Customer-first team player & great communicator
