At Nictus, the Assistant Sales Manager for the Appliances department supports store leadership by driving sales growth, managing floor staff, and controlling inventory. The role focuses on creating great customer experiences, meeting department targets, and ensuring smooth daily retail operations.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (minimum 23 points) a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Procurement, or a related field would be an advantage
• Minimum 2-3 years of retail supervisory or management experience.
• Strong leadership, management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth, achieve targets, and lead team performance.
• Experience in stock management, inventory control, and stock replenishment processes.
• Computer literate (MS Office Suite) with good analytical, planning, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
