Key Responsibilities
- Sales Execution: Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed set sales targets.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards suitable products/services.
- Showroom Management: Ensure the showroom meets required standards, including vehicle display, cleanliness, and neatness.
- Client Relations: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Sales Administration: Handle sales documentation and reporting accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- Educational Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license.
- Citizenship: Namibian Citizenship is required.
