XinXin Investment (Pty) Ltd is seeking to appoint a Chef. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and preparing meals according to the required menu and catering schedule, managing food preparation, kitchen cleanliness, food storage and stock control, and maintaining hygiene standards and compliance with applicable food safety requirements.

Requirements

Relevant Chinese culinary qualification or equivalent professional experience, with at least 3 years’ experience in commercial catering, preferably for construction camps, industrial sites or large workforces.
