Job Description

The Benguela Current Convention (BCC) is a regional intergovernmental treaty between the Republics of Angola, Namibia and South Africa. The Convention promotes a coordinated approach to the long-term conservation, protection, rehabilitation, enhancement and sustainable use of the Benguela Current Large Marine Ecosystem for economic, environmental and social benefit. As the overall accounting officer, the ES provides strategic leadership and is responsible for effectively coordinating all aspects of the BCC, particularly the administration and management of the Secretariat.
