HR Recruitment Officer

Location: NHC Mine, Kombat
Department: Human Resources
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract – 3 Months
Reporting To: HR Manager

Immediate availability is essential.
The successful candidate must be willing and able to relocate to Kombat for the duration of the contract.

Purpose of the Position

To provide recruitment and HR administrative support, with a strong focus on high-volume recruitment and efficient coordination of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising to appointment.
• Manage high-volume/mass recruitment campaigns efficiently and within required timelines.
• Screen applications, shortlist candidates and coordinate interviews and assessments.
• Prepare recruitment documentation, offers and appointment packs.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers and personnel documentation.
• Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to management.
• Provide strong general HR administrative support as required.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are properly documented and aligned with company procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant HR/recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in mass/high-volume recruitment, preferably within a mining or industrial environment.
• Strong HR administration and document management skills.
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
