Role Purpose

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Intermediate Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team of travel professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality travel services, providing exceptional customer service, and managing travel bookings efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient and accurate travel consultation and booking services.
  • Manage flight reservations, accommodation, car rentals, and travel itineraries.
  • Prepare quotations and itineraries using GDS Amadeus.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with an outgoing, client-focused approach.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and assist with travel queries and amendments.
  • Demonstrate high-energy sales capability and service proficiency.
  • Maintain accurate travel documentation and records.
  • Utilize QuickTrav where applicable (advantageous).

Minimum Requirements

  • GDS Amadeus qualified.
  • Minimum of 4 years relevant travel consulting experience.
  • Customer-oriented with a dynamic, outgoing personality.
  • Strong sales capability with proven high-energy performance.
  • QuickTrav experience is an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Namibian citizenship or permanent residency.
