Role Purpose

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will have strong industry expertise, excellent customer service skills, and a proven ability to manage complex travel arrangements while delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert travel advisory and booking services.
  • Manage complex itineraries, group travel, and high-level corporate travel requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel documents using GDS Amadeus.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a dynamic and client-focused approach.
  • Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent service delivery.
  • Demonstrate a strong sales background with a proven track record.
  • Offer guidance and support to junior and intermediate consultants when needed.
  • Utilize QuickTrav where applicable (advantageous).

Minimum Requirements

  • GDS Amadeus qualified.
  • Minimum of 7 years travel consulting experience.
  • Passionate, customer-oriented, and dynamic individual.
  • Vibrant personality with a proven sales track record.
  • QuickTrav experience is an added advantage.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Namibian citizenship or permanent residency.
