Job Summary: Employer: Bank BIC Namibia, Job Type: Full-time, Location: Windhoek, Namibia, Category: Information Technology, Closing Date: 2026-10-12. Key Responsibilities: Maintain hardware/software inventory, install and configure systems, ensure network reliability. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; provide training and orientation to staff; manage help desk responses. Deliver timely and effective support to maintain client confidence and satisfaction. Monitor IT security, ensure compliance with policies, manage disaster recovery site, and oversee secure disposal of hardware. Ensure timely and accurate distribution of IT reports in line with internal policies and legislation. Requirements: Namibian citizen. Grade 12 certificate with A+ and N+ certification.
