Job Description
Roofmore is looking for a technically minded and motivated individual to join our design team. The successful candidate will interpret architectural drawings and convert building designs into accurate LFS models, manufacturing drawings and installation information using Vertex design software.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop LFS building models from architectural drawings
- Detail wall panels, roof structures, floor systems and structural components
- Prepare accurate manufacturing, assembly and installation information
- Check designs for accuracy and constructability
- Liase with architects, engineers, customers and production teams
- Optimise designs to reduce material and manufacturing costs
Requirements
- Qualification or experience in architectural technology, draughting, engineering, construction or a related technical field
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings, plans, elevations and construction details
- Strong computer, numerical and spatial-reasoning skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to identify drawing inconsistencies and solve technical problems
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Willingness to learn Vertex LFS design software
