Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor health, safety and environmental (HSE) procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with Namibian mining and labour safety regulations.
- Provide safety training, toolbox talks and awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE records, reports and documentation.
- Promote a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
